This means you can order SmileSet retainers or night guards without needing new impressions in most cases. For aligner treatment, we require new impressions to ensure the best possible outcome. While we cannot honor SmileDirectClub's previous guarantees or warranties, we are offering special discounts on aligners for former SDC customers to help you continue your smile journey.

No. The SDC Lifetime Smile Guarantee no longer exists. As a separate company, SmileSet cannot honor SmileDirectClub's previous guarantees or warranties. However, we offer our own SmileSet Protection Plan to ensure your satisfaction with our products.

As a former SmileDirectClub customer, we likely support your SDC-treating dental professional and therefore have your smile file on record. This means you can order retainers or night guards without needing new impressions in most cases! For aligners, we will need a new impression of your current smile.
